Beth went above and beyond to help us with finding and purchasing our new home! She was always there to follow up on items and helped us stay on track with the bank and seller. I want to thank Beth for the outstanding job she did on my new home purchase. As a first time home buyer there were many things that are scary and confusing but Beth has demonstrated the ability to clear the issues while informing the buyer (me). I was very impressed with the standard of conduct she and her team operated at. Beth has been extremely responsive to communication (call,text, email) and is not afraid to confirm viewing appointments. All her recommendations and advice have been very good. There were more than a couple occasions for a potential hiccup but they were all properly addressed preemptively and on schedule. I knew she dots the i's and crosses the t's when I was iffy on making the final walkthrough (due to work) and when I confirmed I could make it I discovered that the plan has not changed and she still planned to do the walkthrough regardless. I want to conclude that Beth has all the intangibles such as easy to work with and great energy. She has my highest recommendation.
