Our Realtor, Sean Toolen, did an outstanding job for us. He assisted us in selling our home and helped us find the perfect “retirement” property. He and his realtor group came in and took pictures, did a property assessment, set up an open house and we’re always available for questions. Beth and her team are absolutely the most professional and hard-working group of agents I have ever come across. I have bought or sold over 20 residential properties in the past 30 years, and have dealt with many agents. Beths follow up and hard-working team cover every aspect of the selling process. Contacted Beth when we found out we were relocating to the O’Fallon area. From the first phone call, to showings, to closing and even after closing Beth has been just AMAZING. Update:
How many people can say their real estate office still mails them and sends them little treats randomly just to say thanks and keep in touch? Not many! Kindness is a rare thing in service anymore and it's such a breath of fresh air to see it still exists. Beth Ortega Group and her agents are awesome.

First review:
When we purchased our home a year ago it was the most stressful experience trying to figure it all out. We had poor experiences with a few agents (at other agencies) and when we found Kelly at Beth Ortega Group, we knew we were in better hands. We learned a lot, we have a better idea of what to expect in the future, and we had a great team on our side. I recommend them for buying or selling a home.

Also, I find it so thoughtful they keep in touch with little goodies throughout the year too. It just reminds you there are still people who care.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 20 stars if not more. This was an amazing team to work with! It was our first time purchasing a home and we were not sure what to expect nor were we familiar with the process. Our realtor Rebecca Hopkins was OUTSTANDING! She was very patient with us (mostly me for asking 100 million questions), was extremely responsive (even when she was on vacation), worked great with our lender, and ensured we were taken care of in her absence. The list goes on! Kelly Etheridge was also great to work with and kept Rebecca in the loop of things so when she returned from vacation, it was easy-peazy. There are no words to express how grateful we are to have been able to work with these ladies. I'm so happy we decided to work with them and highly recommend them.

I love how quickly my agent, Kelly Etheridge, was able to sell my house. Honestly, she was the most active real estate agent I’d ever had, hosting open houses on the weekends and private viewings, etc. She managed to sell my house in the middle of a pandemic even though so many people were out of work, which kind of blew my mind. I actually like the whole group here. Beth Ortega, the leader of this real estate team, is great too! She is always interacting with the clients, inviting them to get-togethers and such. I actually felt really safe entering a contract with them, and I felt like they were upfront about expectations. I was happy with the overall experience. Highly recommend!

My husband and I worked with Kelly Ethridge to buy our first home in 2019. She worked with us while we were stationed out of the country by finding us homes in areas that we may like and set us up with a great home loan company. Our first day she had 10 properties lined up with a schedule. She really got to know us and helped us steer around houses that she knew wouldn’t be right for us. When the first house we went into contract with fell through she was right back on it with more showings. We’ve been so happy with our home over a year now, and we still get little gifts left for us from the Beth Ortega Group on holidays. Even when faced with difficulties and complicated circumstances from our seller, they adjusted and professionally managed the obstacles in the most ethical and low pressure manner possible.

If we ever buy a home in this region again, we will use them exclusively.
