There are not enough words on how outstanding Beth and Vince are. This was my first house buying experience and they made it flawless all the way up to signing my title. I didnt know it could be this easy. They were patient and kind! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was overseas and everything was done when I arrived. They accepted me when no one wanted to help me because of being overseas. If you need someone to help you on your journey of finding your home, they are it! They are the real deal. I cant say enough about this realtor company, absolutely the best! I had a lot of situations going on, lots of back and forth and not being sure, and with all of that, they were nothing but understanding and gentle. They went above and beyond to help me in a different dedicated way that made me feel comfortable and safe. They were never too pushy and all around down to earth. Today my wife and I closed on our home. It was our first home and the process and requirements in order to purchase a home were new to both my wife and I. Beth and Vince showed a genuine interest and concern in finding us the right home. It was always about finding the right house for my wife and I and if I needed assistance, she was very quick about her responses. We had the greatest opportunity to allow Vince and Beth Sierra to be our realtors....we couldn't have asked for better realtors. When we first met them almost two years ago little did we know that we were building not only a professional relationship but a lasting friendship. They answered all of our questions, eased my fears, and gave great advice. While I was away at a military school Beth and Vince sent pictures to me weekly to allow me to be able to see our home being built, and I truly thank Beth and Vince for that. I recommend Vince and Beth if you're contemplating selling or purchasing a home. Theyre true professional and genuinely caring people. It won't always be as easy to sell your home as it was to sell mine, but you'd be hard pressed to find better Realtors. Vince and Beth came to our home and spent countless hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market and providing tons of info on comps in our area. When we saw the listing they generated, we were blown away. The listing looked amazing and drew a lot of interest. The second buyers that saw our property put in an offer. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home paid off for us. They also represented us in purchasing a home and I have to say they made the process painless for us. They were there for every step of the way. I can't stress enough how much my wife and I appreciate them. I highly recommend them!
