She is very low pressure and listens to what you want while providing constructive feedback. She marketed our home very well which resulted in a successful open house and several offers within a couple days of listing our home. My wife and I were first time home buyers, but actually used a total of 3 realtors. Beth was by far our favorite for so many reasons! For instance, when you actually find homes on zillow, Redfin, etc that you want to see, Beth will always be available or make an extra effort to get you in ASAP. With other realtors and our scheduling conflicts, we found it quite difficult to go see homes. Beth would immediately set up a showings and go see homes (sometimes) the next day after it was listed. It was amazing and so convenient for our home searching. Nothing is worse than waiting a week to see the dream home you want to buy- good homes go off the market FAST and Beth gets you in first.

Beth did not put any pressure on us during this time and also made it quite enjoyable. As a mother, homeowner in the west suburbs, I found it so convenient to bounce questions off of her for what our lifetsyle would potentially look like( enough room for kids, what are your necessities, what you can live without, what do you want in your first house, budget, what is safe and not safe for kids, etc.) We got the house we loved because Beth set up a showing for us hours after it was originally listed on a private market. Beth helped us negotiate seller credit and made everything low stress.

I here this from multiple people, " I should have went with a better realtor." Friends of mine used Beth and we collectively agree that we wouldn't change a thing about it. She also knows Downers Grove and these suburbs like it's the back of her hand. Don't be stupid and use the first realtor recommended to you (" I got a guy/girl") everybody knows a realtor, pick a good one(Beth) because buying a home can be stressful.

Beth cares about all of her clients and treats them all individually and really caters to their wants and needs. She listened to everything we said but also had insight into what we were looking for that we didn’t even realize. The day we were going to look at a few houses, she said hey I found this house and I went ahead and added it to our showings today to look at. She knew we would like it and she was right- this is the house we just purchased and we may never have seen it if it wasn’t for Beth anticipating our wants and needs based on our previous interactions.

As first time homebuyers we had no idea what we were doing. Beth gave us a binder that outlined many things we should know as first time homebuyers and gave detailed explanations anytime we had questions. As we were looking at homes she pointed out things like cracks in a basement foundation, a large tree that’s roots were likely pushing up onto the foundation of our house and would likely cost thousands of dollars to remove- things as a first-time home buyer we wouldn’t understand. She wasn’t just pushing a home sale on us she truly wanted us to pick a home that we would love and wouldn’t cause us problems in the future.

In addition to home buying, Beth recommends a great team. She recommended our lawyers, inspectors, mortgage broker and even recommended people for home repairs. Going with her recommendations made everything so EASY! We stuck with her team and didn’t have to do any of the research on finding reliable people on our own. The best part about doing this is that Beth was in constant communication with our entire team to make the buying and home loan process run smoothly without any hiccups along the way. She guided us through the whole process including negotiating and giving a fair offer that got us the house at a price we were comfortable with. Deciding on an offer price and negotiating is very intimidating and she offered great advice.

Lastly, Beth’s communication and availability were excellent. We could text her, call her, email her and get a response right away. She worked with our schedule to do evening showings, weekend showings and was always available when we needed her. There was never a point that I could not immediately get a hold of her. This is so important with the current housing market- we had to move fast in order to get an offer in. She also offered us a GREAT app that showed us homes before they ever went to market which is how we ended up purchasing our home before it went to market.

Beth is absolutely phenomenol to work with. To share our full story, we were between buying and building initially. My husband and I found a great lot of land and began working with a company to build and they let us know we could not use our realtor in the process, as she would not get any commission. We were saddened by this and reached out to Beth to let her know. Beth's response? "I want what is best for you and your family. I will help you still with no commission, so please let me know how I can support." Talk about character!

Luckily, as we worked through building paperwork, we still worked with Beth to browse some homes on the market. She is an outstanding communicator and truly asked great thought-provoking questions to help her narrow down homes that were a great fit. She had great availability and always made us feel like we were her only clients. There were some homes we debated putting offers on and she was NOT pushy. Actually, she was realistic to say that she did not want us to settle. In the end, SHE found our dream home off market and texted us immediately to let us know. Once we offered, she was outstanding at the entire negotiating process all the way through closing. She checked in constantly, and even when we were all moved in, she continued to ask how things were and how she could help. I cannot make a single suggestion for improvement.

On the selling end, she made outstanding suggestions to make our home look flawless for pictures and showings. She networked well with other realtors and sold our home in about one week for a price above what we assumed we would get! Once again, she communicated clearly and promptly throughout.

I am so sad to be all done with this process, because it means less time with her, but I genuinely would suggest her to ANYONE looking to buy or sell. No other realtor we have worked with in the past can compare.

Wow! If you want the best, you want Beth Tischler! From even before making the decision to sell our home Beth answered all of our questions. When we did finally decide to move out of state, I knew I needed Beth to help me. Boy, was I right! Beth is very organized, knowledgeable and eager to help you every step of the way. Immediately she pulled comparable houses so we could price our house competitively in our market. She then did a walk through of our house to help us stage and gave us great tips as to what buyers are looking at when they view it. She then hired a professional photographer who took amazing photos that made our home look very desirable. Then the sign went up and the waiting began...oh, but not for long! 16 days later we had a contract on the house!!!! With a few negotiations we received what we wanted.
