Prior to investing in e Venture LLc as an owner, Beth was affiliated with other companies and has always been designated as a Top Producer receiving numerous awards. She has also mentored many agents and believes every one wins with a well trained agent. Beth and her partner formed e Venture LLC as they both knew what Realtors want & need to be successful. If you're looking for a Real Estate Agent who genuinely is interested in getting you the best deal, Beth is who you need to call! Not only did she sell our townhome and get us an offer BEFORE open house when the market was not as hot as it is today, she also helped us find the perfect home, in the right neighborhood w/ the right schools and commute in under our timeline -- negotiating the price down and getting the 7 investors who had remodeled our new home to agree to sell to us for a price that was right for our budget! We've referred her numerous times -- she even helped a relative of ours who had a bankruptcy and a short sale in their past to find a new home for their family of 8 over a holiday weekend, no kidding. She knows her stuff and how to navigate the industry. Always cheerful, never frustrated or impatient, she made the experience easy and even fun. We still stay in contact and enjoy a glass of wine together! When we end up selling / buying again, she will be the one we call!!

We worked with Beth twice in the past 3.5 years. Both times, we were impressed with the excellent service that we got! She is super responsive and attentive to details. When we were the buyers, Beth negotiated and pushed through a great deal for us that we did not even hope the seller would agree for. When we were the sellers, she did an excellent job with explaining the details of the offers that we got and navigated us towards an optimal deal. Overall, Beth is a great realtor! We wish we could take her with us to another state :).

When looking for a home, you want an agent that will look after your interest. I have bought 3 homes with Beth throughout my lifetime and she is like family. Prior to Beth, I have worked with several agents. Due to the hot market, these agents will quickly rush you to make a higher offer. This is where Beth is different, she will provide you her analysis, give you recommendations on what is reasonable and use her ability to negotiate to justify. I have found out after the fact, that Beth on the backend will work closely with the other agents and humanize the transaction. Agents are a dime a dozen these days, if you are looking for an agent who treats her customers like family Beth is the the agent to work with.
