Hi, I’m Bethany. I’ve basically been working since I could see over a countertop—my first job at 13 in a neighborhood restaurant taught me how to hustle, serve people well, and carry way too many plates at once. After a successful run in pharmaceutical and medical sales (and buying and selling more of my own homes than I care to admit), I finally followed the pull toward real estate, and I’ve never looked back.

Helping someone decide whether to age in place, right-size, or move into the perfect retirement community is a big deal. I’ve lived this firsthand—moving my own parents out of the home they loved for 37 years—so I bring a blend of compassion, strategy, and “deep breath, we’ve got this” energy to the whole journey.

I love a good workout, a great book, traveling, serving the community, and anything involving water. If there’s a lake, ocean, river, or pool nearby, I’m already splashing in it.
