Bethany was a fantastic person to work with when we closed on our home this August 2023! She went above and beyond to tour homes with us- multiple times we went on tours of multiple homes for many hours at a time because of our busy schedule (once we toured homes for 8 hours straight on a weekend), and she was not only a great sport about it but planned it all for us quickly and happily! Bethany is a joy and very fun to talk with, and very knowledgeable and dedicated to her profession. She also helped my parents buy and sell their home in 2020 and they absolutely love her, as well. She keeps in touch with her clients and sent us a lovely holiday card this year (with a target gift card, my favorite store)! Highly recommend Bethany as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell!

If you are looking to sell you're home. I recommend Bethany Rainey. She was with my husband and I from the start to the finish. She gave us encouragement, as to what we needed to do to make this sale happen. I believe she went above and beyond to get this done. The first day we got an offer and then another the next day , when we were thinking it might take all summer.

Bethany Raney is a Real Estate Rock Star! I was in the midst of packing for a cross-country move when I began working with Bethany to list the house I'd lived in for 26 years. She helped coordinate all the last minute touch-ups that couldn't be done until the movers and I were gone. One week later the listing went live and the house sold within 48 hours for more than the asking price. Bethany was an amazing agent. She was very knowledgeable about the home buying process and the best neighborhoods in town. She kept me very informed through every step of the process and made sure all my questions were answered before moving forward. She always made time to answer questions and was very responsive to all phone calls/emails/texts. She set up a late visit to accommodate our schedule and worked with us until almost midnight to complete an offer. Our appraisal also came in lower than our offer and she helped us negotiate a very favorable outcome with the seller. She helped smooth over every bump along the way of home buying and made what could be a stressful situation as easy as possible. My wife and I were retiring from the ministry, and had lived in church housing for the past 30 years. We had never used a Real Estate agent before, and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. Bethany made everything so easy for us! She was patient, polite, and professional.
