Betsy is incredible and genuinely makes you feel like family! It makes a big difference working with someone with her decades of experience: In a heated market, our UNDER ASKING PRICE offer won and we have the house of our dreams!
Betsy listened to our priorities and what we were looking for in our first home. Because we were first time home buyers, we really thought we knew what we wanted, but Betsy saw right through that. She found us several options that met our “checklist” but were also so different from each other. It really helped us focus on what was important. She guided us through the process and understanding our priorities, so when we first saw our future forever home we knew right then and there that it was the One.
Betsy has so much valuable experience in every step of the process! She’s also a mortgage broker, so when we were doing pre-approval and that whole thing, she was right there making sure we understood what was happening and making sure we got the best rate. We felt so taken care of and she made it look easy.
Huge fan of “Aunt Betsy” and would absolutely hire her again in a heart beat and I recommend her all the time to my friends and family!

Betsy is absolutely amazing! If I could give 6 stars I would. She has helped our family sell our home during a difficult time. Then 6 years later we called her again to buy a home. She is warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! Also after we closed on our new home she called and made sure everything was going well. Betsy Sharpe is my agent in the home buying process. I HIGHLY recommend Betsy. Shopping for a house in the market today is so very fast paced. There are no more "open houses". There is not time to look at a house more then once and think about it for a bit. If you find something you better be able to move on it quickly. Betsy has guided us through this extremely stressful process very confidently removing as much stress as possible. I know that she has truly worked for US and gotten us the best deal that was possible and done it all quickly so as to not lose out on the house that we wanted. You are in very good hands with Betsy.
