We met Betty Bargoil as a potential realtor 12 years ago when we were moving from the coast back to this area. I was pregnant, we were on a very small budget, and she worked just as hard for us as she would have a high-end client. She was kind and professional, a bit of a no-nonsense kind of lady and she loves dogs ;) She guided us on each step. She wisely kept in touch through the years, and never minded answering questions I would ask of her in preparation for our next house search. Naturally when it was time to sell that little place, we contacted her. She is an expert seller. She has brought on Hunter as well, who got to know us during house showings she would take us to during our house search at the same time. I could always reach one of them with questions. My kids enjoyed both of them, as well - which made the process more fun and special for them.

I absolutely loved working with Betty’s team…especially Hunter! Hunter made house hunting an enjoyable experience. I was a first time homebuyer, but the team prepped me to negotiate like a pro!! Hunter even checked out the attics and crawl spaces of some of the homes we looked at because he knew it was a fear of mine. The team treated me as if they were house hunting for family and that meant the world to me!! They even helped my sister find a home as well! I will be using them when I upgrade homes and telling everyone I know to use their services!

Betty has been my realtor for 17 years. I purchased my first home with her and have used her ever since. She is prompt in responding, very easy to get a hold of, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. She will do a professional job for you!

Not only is Betty an expert realtor, she has become family. She is just an amazing person. I can't even count the number of times she was there for me when I was fighting cancer a few years ago. She babysat, got my car cleaned, helped with food, and more. I can't say enough good things about her!

Working with Betty Bargoil was an absolute joy! We immediately felt comfortable and at ease with her the first day we met her. She had already done research on homes we might like and took things into consideration, like how close a home was to a busy roadway, that might be dealbreakers for a family with children. She always had our best interest at heart and was not afraid to go to bat for us. She is family now and i thank God for allowing our paths to cross! Betty is GREAT!!! You won't go wrong with choosing Betty & her team. My experience with Betty was not normal at all from buying to selling my house. November 2016 I met Betty by referral from my realtor in Texas & we made plans to see 8-10 houses in one day "YES" one day. By the 6th house I found the one an back to Texas I went the next day. Betty kept in constant communication an made things happen on my behalf which made the closing a breeze by the time I returned. Fast forward 3yrs later to Dec 2019 my job asked me to transfer again & the first person I thought of was Betty because of what she accomplished when I bought my house.

Now I'm on the selling end an this time I'm traveling back an forth to Charlotte. Betty kept me updated with weekly reports about the market & her superior knowledge keep me off the edge when things didn't look good. Betty's guidance & reassurance was the key to selling my house during the slow time of the year, Winter. After hearing the horror stories from other people about their realtors I know I found "THE ONE" an know she will be "THE ONE" for you as well. Thank You Betty for everything you did for us an wish you the best in the years to come.

Where to start....As always, for something as important as buying a home (especially across country, in an unknown area) I went with a solid referral that had worked many times with someone I firmly trusted. He could not stop raving about Betty and team. Betty worked with me for close to a yr, to identify areas of interest, best areas to raise a young family, work commutes, neighborhood traits and potential comps for my price range to firmly understand the market. I actually found the perfect home virtually and Betty and team immediately went to the home, did a virtual tour with me and sought out all the details I needed to feel comfortable making an offer sight unseen. Her level of service was even more enhanced by allowing me to have home furnishings shipped to her house while we stayed in temp housing, provided contractor suggestions and even watched our 3 young children for 1 night so my wife and I could enjoy a night out. I would not only strongly recommend Betty and team but will be sure to team with her again in the future!

We were referred to Betty when we relocated from California in 2013. Betty listened to our top priorities and used her decades of area knowledge (neighborhoods, schools, traffic etc) to keep us focused on our goal. She was always available to show us houses and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect house for our family. Five years later we have four rentals that Betty helped us purchase. Having someone like Betty who grew up here and knows the area was extremely important to us. I wouldn't trust anyone but Betty with such a big financial decision. No matter what I asked of them they always give 100% with out question.
They are now handling selling my house as I made another move.
