Chairperson of V.O.T.E. - Victory Over Tax Excess; Member of Bellevue Mayor-appointed Task Force on Water Surface Management; Completed documentary for federal government entitled "The Bellevue Experience"; successfully chaired first levy in the country where the electorate voted to tax themselves for RAIN; Chaired the committee that wrote the Tree Preservation Ordinance for Bellevue, the first in the country - laid groundwork for all that followed; Commissioner and Chairperson "Storm and Surface Water" Utility Commission.
