I'm Betty Swayze and I've been a Realtor and working with RE/MAX 1st Realty since 2012.

In late 2017, early 2018 between 2 family members being hospitalized and the sudden death of an aunt I felt the need to re-evaluate Real Estate. I was either going to have to give it up or find a team to work with so that when family emergencies arose my clients still received the best service I could give them. 2 weeks later I was asked to join The Bryant & Smith Realty Group of RE/MAX 1st Realty. They had no idea what had been going through my mind so I felt God was telling me to "Stay Put". Now my clients get "4" agents for the price of 1!!!!!! During this time of transition through many hours of online work, studying and testing , I obtained my Broker's license which will give me more options as I move forward in my Real Estate Career!
