Bev went above and beyond in so many ways during the recent sale. He contributed labor, mileage, wisdom, and compassion (which in this case was necessary and much appreciated). He tapped into his network of contractors and colleagues to facilitate various and numerous challenges. He kept his head when we were less than certain of the outcome, went out of his way, accepted other people's ideas, and thought outside the box in an unusual situation. He is both humble (giving credit where credit is due) and strong (seeing to all the necessary details in a timely and professional way). He is both willing to listen and highly capable. I would highly recommend Bev Nash to handle a person’s real estate needs. Bev was recommended to me by a friend who also had a very positive experience with him. He is a professional with many years experience and he is knowledgeable of the Charlottesville real estate market. I found him to be always helpful, thorough, and pleasant to work with. In assisting me to list my condo for sale, he did extensive research on recent comparable sales in the building, and gave me copies of the listings, so we were able to make an informed decision on the asking price. He met with me at the unit prior to listing it, and gave me several suggestions on how to best prepare the apartment for sale. After the listing, he found a buyer quickly, and the transaction closed in a very short amount of time, with no problems or delays. I was very satisfied with the work that Bev did for me in selling my condo, and would recommend his services to anyone.
