Please let me introduce myself. I am Beverly Blades and have been a realtor since 1980. In 1987, I joined Callaway, Farnell and Moore, Inc, and every year since then I have had the distinction of being a top producer. I am equally "at home" working with all aspects of real estate ranging from commercial and investment properties to land and farms.
I live near Seaford with my husband, Ted, who is my real estate associate. I received a bachelor of science degree from Salisbury State University, a Master's of Education Degree from the University of Montana and am also a certified interior decorator. I taught school for 14 years in the Seaford School District.
Professionally, I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Sussex County Board of Realtors. I serve on the advisory council of the Salvation Army, am an active member of the Seaford Chamber of Commerce. a member of St. John's Methodist Church and a member of the Nanticoke River Yacht Club where I have served as a Fleet Captain. I am a past president of the Seaford Historical Society and was a local 4-H leader for many years. I am a board member for the Morning Star Publications (newspaper) and the Sussex County Animal Association. As you may guess, I enjoy working with people. The challenge of finding the "perfect property" for the buyer, and helping them find financing is my strength. When listing properites, I try to find creative marketing strategies that will produce the best market response.
