About Beverly

Beverly began her career in real estate as a contract to close facilitator for a large local real estate firm, becoming State Licensed in 2002. This position allowed her to rapidly gain experience in contract negotiation, inspections, appraisals, loan and funding interactions, repairs, contract additions/ modifications, and virtually all aspects of the real estate purchase process, at a rate of 30-40 homes per month. She took that experience into the field and has been helping families with their real estate needs since.

In addition to her current Florida Real Estate License, she is also certified by the Florida Board of Realtors as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Professional Property Management Certification, and Certified Negotiation Expert.
