Beverly Eyre

Beverly has been a full-time real estate professional since 1989. She specializes in residential and farm properties, subdivision and land development, apartments, and commercial properties and has been the top company producer for the last10 years. She has extensive knowledge of Eastern Cincinnati and Clermont, Brown, and Adams Counties and has experience working with growing and expanding companies such as Krogers, Tire Discounters, and Marathon Oil. Beverly is a member of the Cincinnati Board of Realtors, the Clermont County Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and also a member of MLS, Multiple Listing Service. She has been a Medallion Club member every year since 1995, a President's Club member ever year since 1995, an Elite Club member every year since 1995, and a Circle of Excellence member every year since 1996.
Beverly is now co-owner of Koogler-Eyre Realtors. Past President of the Southern Ohio Association Of Realtors.
