Beverly Fincham

Beverly grew up a military brat, with her family stationed in Germany and Washington, where her father retired at what is now known as JBLM, Joint Base Lewis-McChord. She has lived in Pierce County since and chose to start her family and raise her five children here. They currently live in Browns Point and love it.

In 2004 — after graduating from Pacific Lutheran University, working as a customer service agent at Horizon Air, and as a travel agent at McChord Air Force Base — she decided to get into real estate. Great customer service, communication, honesty, and demanding work is important to her, and she believes it is key to a successful transaction. Real estate seemed the perfect fit.

Her husband, who also works in the industry, agreed. Real estate, they felt, could provide us with an opportunity to build an investment portfolio for their family.

Fast-forward to today: Together, they own and manage several rental properties and have flipped tons of houses. They have sold 100’s of homes in Pierce, and in King, Mason, Thurston, and Kitsap counties. She works with investors. She has a passion for helping people find the right home. Beverly loves helping people sell their homes.

She makes it a point to always be available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns clients may have. Her main goal is to create a solution where everyone benefits for everyone. When it comes to buying or selling your home, she will treat the transaction as if it is one of my own.
