Beverly helped my partner sell his house and and also helped us with the purchase of our condo. Beverly went above and beyond of what is expected of a realtor. She was with us every step of the way from helping us to get rid of excess furniture and items at the house to preparing it for the open house. She also connected us with a loan officer and attorney to handle the sale and closing. Beverly also connected us with handymen to handle repairs at the house. She handles her clients and everyone she deals with with the highest professionalism and makes you feel like family. She made our experience much smoother and easier. We are very happy with our new home. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell their home.

Beverly, owner of the Beverly Lyons Real Estate Agency, was just the right fit for me and my family as we journeyed to owning our first home, after living with family for several years. Bev, as we called her, was always there to assist us every step of the way. She was always available to show us houses as they came on the market, and at times even picked us up from our home and drove us to open houses when we were unable to get there on our own. She was always willing to take our calls even though some of those calls occured very late at night, very early in the morning and even while she was vacationing in the Caribbean.

Bev was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process and at times when we felt that we were not going to get the house that we wanted, she continued to encourage us to keep looking as something better will come our way. The lenders she recommended to us were also fantstic and worked with us to ensure that we got the mortgage that was most suited to our financial needs.
Bev was finally able to get us the house that met, I will say, 95% of our "must haves" but now that we have moved into our new home, we are more that 100% satisfied with it and loving it more and more every day!

Finally, one of the best things about Bev is that she was not just a real estate broker to us, she became a friend to the family! We will get the occasional call to find our how everything is going with us and the new home, and when you least expect it, she will drop by the house to say hello, because she was in the area!
