This is our second successful engagement with Beverly. Her knowledge of the market in the Staunton area enabled her to identify several candidate homes that met our requirements ultimately leading to purchase. Beverly was always available, supported us through the housing inspection process, including going to the Septic System inspection when we could not and sending us photos and providing feedback as the inspection occurred. She provided sound counsel during negotiations with the owners and worked on our behalf to ensure our “asks” were addressed. She exhibited integrity in all our dealings never failing to meet a commitment. She is optimistic, easy to work with, and maintains a sense of humor that made the entire process enjoyable

Bev helped my wife and I buy our first house and we couldn't imagine a better experience! She was unbelievably helpful and generous with her time. She made sure we got the best deal possible and that the house was exactly what we wanted. While buying a house can be very stressful, Bev made it quite smooth, and even when there were surprises we felt confident she would help us navigate them!

She gave exceptional service from giving us comps for pricing information to help staging the house once we were committed to selling. Extraordinary guidance and service, as our house sold in two days.
