Beverly was a dream to work with, just like the name "Dream Real Estate Group". I am moving from California to Washington, to be by my daugher, son-in-law and grandaughters. I flew up to Washington, to look at homes, and with just the one trip there, Beverly found the perfect home for me.
She went as far as to drive from Marysville, pick me up at my daughter's home in Redmond, and we viewed homes all day in Puyallup. Quite a lot of driving on her part! Another family was also bidding on the home, and she advised me what bid to submit to get it. And we were successful!

Beverly is very knowledeable, personable, and I totally trusted her in guiding me along this process. She also introducted me to Mr. Phil Beecraft, with Guild Mortgage in Seattle. He is great to work with, too, and pre-qualified me before I left on my trip. They make a great team. Everything is going along smoothly and hope to move into my new home in Washington the first part of December, for the holidays!
I'm so glad I found Beverly and I highly recommend her to find your next home!

Unbelievable service. At first I thought this is too good to be true. But, in the end I must say it wasn't. She was willing to take the time to help with questions or concerns at every stage. She did such a wonderful job with the sale of my home, that I wanted her help with the purchase of my new home. I hate being “sold” and appreciate when you can get honest feedback from a realtor. Most realtors agree with you on everything and try to close the deal as fast as possible. Bev worked to make sure that what I told her I wanted, I got. Even when I was close to settling. Definitely worked hard to find me the perfect place despite the low inventory and multiple outbids (houses going 50k+ over asking). She didn’t give up on me. You won’t be disappointed!

Bev is a straight shooter, and was a real pleasure in dealing with her through the entire home buying process. A little back story, I am a contractor, I have many repeating clients and close friends that are agents themselves, but I chose to go Bev. Why did I choose her over all the others, including friends/family in the industry? Bev is very knowledgeable, she took the time to explain things in detail, she has a great team she works with as far as lenders go, etc. which helped things go incredibly smooth, and on top of it she doesn't take any bs from folks. She's a fighter, and worked very hard for me, even when I was trying to get some items taken care of on my home before purchasing in the negotiations, she made it happen despite the sellers market we're in. She's not just my agent, I'd consider her a friend. If you are unsure of who to go with as your Realitor, get a hold of this woman, you won't regret it.
