Can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with Bianca! We had a very taxing home search process prior to meeting her but she turned it all around and got us to the closing table! When we changed our mind, she listened. She was honest when it came to pricing in this crazy market. She worked seamlessly with our mortgage team and attorney as well. 10/10 would recommend and work with Bianca again :)

Bianca was an absolute asset from the begining all the way through closing. I 100% recommend her to anyone who is trying to buy a home on Long Island. She knows the market in and out, knows how to negotiate to get you the BEST deal, and will not stop until she finds you the perfect home.

I started my home buying search not knowing a lot about the process, wasn’t sure what realtor I could trust. Saw someone who used Bianca through a mutual friend on Facebook and she recommended her. From the moment I first spoke to her she was kind, friendly, and the funniest person you will ever meet 😂.

I would tell anyone trying to buy a house to use Bianca Esposito. She will walk with you through the entire process. She is always there to answer any questions that may arise. She has extensive knowledge of the process start to finish- mortage lending, interest rates, property tax, homeowners insurance, inspection, legal contracts etc… she will help with all of it and be a source of reference throughout the process. She will show you hundreds of homes if that’s what it takes. She does not rest until she finds her clients what they are looking for and will always fight on your behalf.

Meeting Bianca was such a blessing to us. We tried several times over the years to buy a home but for one reason or another it just didn’t happen. We were scarred by those experiences and it was hard to trust anyone in this business. But I found it very easy to talk to and open up to Bianca. She was very down to earth with us and to be honest I wasn’t sure she could get us through the process either but I knew I liked her, and she told me she would get it done if I trusted her. We figured we had nothing to lose so we went forward. Bianca is very professional, she listens to you, she makes suggestions, and she doesn’t back down when it comes to getting you what you want. I couldn’t have asked for better representation. She also has a team that she works with. They all work together for your best interest. I trusted her. Her finance guy really knows his stuff, he started us on the path to home ownership when he approved us. Bianca recommended an attorney (he was a Rottweiler and you want that on your side) we retained him, we used the inspector she referred, and he was very good at his job. Everyone worked hard for us and in the end we got a house that we are so proud to own. TRUST Bianca, she’s a pleasure, she’s determined, she follows up, she’s professional, she’s knowledgeable and she’s amazing. Don’t get discouraged if you’ve had a bad experience, if Bianca and her team say they can make it happen then trust the process and believe! They told me 30 days we will be ready to close. We were formally approved for the MTG on 6/7/22. I had an accepted offer in about 40 or 50 days and we closed on 9/1/22 so Joe kept his word and was ready to close in less than 30 days!! I can’t thank Bianca enough for all that she did to make our homeowner dream come true. I will always sing her praises, she very well earned it.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Bianca. I have been planning to buy a house for years and she has worked with me for that time talking me through everything and making sure I was ready when the time was right. Once I was ready to start seriously looking, she spent a week with me going to multiple homes before I found the perfect one. She worked around my work schedule to make sure we saw every house I wanted to. I almost lost the house multiple times (due to the seller) and she made sure she was on top of it all. I never worried about anything with her as my realtor. She was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. This girl was made for this field and as I sit here in my new home, I know its because of her!!! She made my dream possible. Thank you!! You are amazing!!

This has been a long time overdue but I could not allow the opportunity to pass without sharing my experience with Bianca Esposito my realtor.
I had never met Bianca before and I actually had been dealing with another agent whom I found to not be able to give me the time I needed.
Bianca was there to answer every question. To offer advice when I seemed to need it, and even to talk me off the ledge every now and again. She knew exactly what I wanted in a home and honestly when I looked at the house I purchased I didn’t see it, I didn’t see how perfect it was how it checked every box I had just become so overwhelmed… but she did. She saw how perfect it was for me. She urged for me to think twice and to make a offer
And here I am today in this house that is my home and I couldn’t be happier. Without Biancas help I would probably still be looking or maybe even jumped (ok just kidding but you know how stressful it is looking at houses) Bianca took the stress away

I’ve known Bianca for many years now. She was the first person I called when I decided to look into real estate as an investor. Not only did she set aside all the time I needed from her into her schedule she also connected me with other people in her network who could help me along the way. I bought my first house back in April and she really knocked it out of the park in negotiating a killer deal and then helping me find a Tennant.
