When it comes to real estate, Bill believes in creative marketing, skillful negotiating, and an unwavering commitment to the best interests of my customers. Working diligently to achieve the important real estate goals of every buyer and seller he encounters is his ambition as a Realtor.

He is a Northwestern graduate and grew up in sales and marketing with Alcoa, both here and abroad, becoming GM - Middle East Operations in Saudi Arabia. Then, he founded and built a Boston-based sales/marketing consulting group, representing U.S. and foreign business principals in Europe, Russia, China, and the Arabian Gulf region.

He moved to Hilton Head SC and had success as a Realtor until the market collapsed. During the interim, he consulted overseas for Chinese and Arab clients. Upon returning to the U.S. after living in Bahrain, his wife (Vicki) and him made the right decision to settle on Longboat Key, where we have enjoyed meeting new friends in this wonderful community. His good fortune continued in connecting him with Michael Saunders & Company.
