Bill Blanchard

Bill Blanchard is lifelong resident of Knox County and has been in the real estate business for 38 years. He is the Broker/Owner of Real Estate Showcase in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Bill is a multi-million dollar producer and has received the OAR Award of Achievement for the past 12 years. Bill enjoys golf, playing cards, traveling and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Teri, live in Mount Vernon.

Bills daughter, Holly Blanchard Hoar, has been in real estate since 1995 and works full time as a licensed Realtor. Holly dedicates her time to building lasting relationships with her clients. She helps them through the real estate transaction process, start to finish! Holly has received the OAR Award of Achievement for all of the years she has worked full-time in real estate. When Holly isn't working, she enjoys tending to her animals, garden and spending time with her son, Colter.
