Although he was raised in Jefferson County, Bill now resides in Spencer County with his wife, Sandy, and children, Brandon and Stephanie. He serves as a Magistrate on Spencer County’s Fiscal Court and is Vice President of the Kentucky Magistrates & Commissioners Association. He has had extensive training on issues involving planning and zoning and governmental affairs. As President and Chairman of the Taylorsville Lake Conservation Association, Bill works to promote a safe and clean environment for families. Bill is a volunteer a volunteer for Seven Counties Services and several other volunteer agencies in Spencer County. In his spare time, Bill enjoys diving and dancing to the blues with his wife Sandy.
