Bill has been in the business of bringing buyers and sellers together since February of 2002 and is the founder and managing broker of the company, Capital Real Estate & Asset Management Co. LLC in October of 2014.
Bill has always been a dedicated individual who takes his job seriously. He has served 30 years at Tinker AFB as an electrical- environmental technical service advisor on the E3 AWACS. He served in the Army in 1989-1993 as an M1 Abrahms tank operator and technician and is also a Desert Storm Veteran. Thanks to his previous business and military experience, Bill has the discipline as well as the ability to envision, develop and deliver on his clients' needs.
As the Managing Broker of Capital Real Estate & Asset Management Co. LLC, Bill notes that while the name specifies asset management, he and his team members are experienced in all areas of residential real estate. This includes, but is not limited to, working with first-time buyers, military relocation, new construction, luxury homes, investment properties, foreclosures, and short sales.

Bill has been married to his wife, Michelle, for 28 years and together they have two children, Landon and Lauren. Outside of real estate Bill volunteers with his church and founded Brothers & Sisters in Arms, a Christian based veteran support group. He also contributes his time to Foundation of Exceptional Warriors and Warriors for Freedom.
