About Bill

Bill’s hands-on knowledge of homes, land, and commercial properties is rooted in his years as a builder and contractor and his adventures as an avid, lifelong outdoorsman. A Vermont Realtor since 2002, Bill brings to each interaction attention to detail, accessibility, and skill in clarifying the sometimes complex aspects of real estate transactions. He enjoys utilizing up-to-date technological tools to help keep clients and customers well informed, and for him the best and most important part of the job is working together toward a common goal: a successful sale or purchase.

Bill holds a BA in theater from Bethany College and an MFA in directing from the University of Virginia. He was co-founder and artistic director of southern Vermont’s Whetstone Theatre Company. When he’s not in the office, you can find him fly-fishing a mountain stream or hiking in the woods with his partner, Cathy, and their yellow Labs, Cabot and Belle.
