Bill Hourigan

William “Bill” Hourigan lead Team Hourigan. Bill has been a top-producing Real Estate Broker in the Colorado Springs, Monument and Castle Rock areas for more than thirty years. His knowledge of Real Estate, contract law, marketing skills, negotiations, client focus and integrity has created a highly successful repeat and referral-based business. He is a member of Peak Producers, is in the top 3% of area Realtors, and prides himself in having an impeccable reputation among his peers.

Bill and his wife Pam live in Monument, Colorado where they raised their five wonderful children: Lauren and Lindsay graduates of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Erika a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Natalie a graduate of Colorado State University, and Luke who is a supervisor for a local luxury home builder. The family enjoys a multitude of sports and activities including camping, hiking, and skiing/snowboarding.

Bill earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1983.

He also enjoyed playing Rugby there all 4 years and captained the club in his senior year. He has received advanced training in real estate becoming a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), and GRI, and he is constantly expanding his education.
