Bill Hutwelker

Bill is an active resident of Swanzey, NH and is where he raised his family. Bill has serves as a selectman, a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a member of the Planning Board, a member of the Swanzey Economic Advisory Committee and is the District Moderator of the SAU #93 Monadnock School District.

Bill’s past experience as a successful small business owner of Sweet Expectations and Lady of America, has prepared him to assist current and aspiring business owners as they seek to locate space for their dream or to expand to a better location. His approach is to be proactive in bringing interested parties together in a manner to expedite the process of consummating the purchase or sale.
