I am a proud alumnus of the University of Miami, where I earned a BBA in Accounting and later an MBA with a concentration in Federal Income Taxation. With over 30 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries, I founded WJS Florida Realty in 2011, where I currently serve as Owner and Managing Broker. My background in business and accounting provides clients with valuable insight into the return on investment and tax benefits associated with real estate ownership.

In addition to my professional work, I proudly serve on the Board of Directors of the University of Miami Alumni Association’s Colombia S.A. Chapter. This role has allowed me to help many Colombians successfully find homes and investment properties in Florida.

I also hold the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, which recognizes my expertise in assisting international buyers and navigating the complexities of cross-border transactions.
