Bill Mauch is an expert in investments for individual homes or multi-family living. In addition, Bill’s skills of being a California General Contractor and an EPA Examiner together with a Certification Investor Specialist & a Green Specialist Certification gives the advantage of having an experienced person in construction to help evaluate properties.

Bill’s education is an asset in helping with real estate analysis & includes a MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from University of California at San Luis Obispo with an emphasis in Architectural Engineering.
Concerned with those who are having difficulty paying house payments, Bill has become an expert on alternatives to help them, and holds a certification from CDPE.
