About Bill

I am a rare California Native - born in Los Angeles and graduated from both Cal State Long Beach (BS) and Cal State LA (MBA). I have lived in the San Gabriel Valley all my life, and have friends and family scattered throughout Southern California.

I formerly worked for Security Pacific National Bank (for 13 years), but when BofA took over - my options were to move to San Francisco, or look for a new line of work. So, it has been Real Estate ever since. I have worked for ReMax, and have owned offices under Fred Sands, ReMax and independent office in West Covina for over 10 years.

However, I was impressed by the rapid growth and Internet tools provided by HomeSmart. So, now I can provide my clients with the latest internet tools while offering premium service - and still be able to afford to offer discounted pricing.

Bill has helped me lease my rental home several times in the past 5 years and each time he's delivered great results. He is responsive to my calls/emails/texts, and he regularly contacts me to give me updates. He is dedicated and helpful, even going beyond his duties as an agent (e.g., helped me install carbon monoxide alarms in the house). He is honest and acts with integrity.
