Bill Needham, and his assistant, Anna, have earned my highest recommendation. I first worked with Bill five years ago when we purchased our house in Orchard Mesa. He is always thorough and communicates regularly. Most importantly, he genuine cares about his clients. He takes the time to make you feel comfortable with the entire process from locating the perfect property through the closing. We were selling property with no water access, needless to say not an easy sale. It took a while to sale and Bill would come up with new ways of advertising it keeping some interest going. Bill was by our side during the whole process. We started looking in January and finally closed on a house in September. We looked at hundreds of homes here in Grand Junction and visited between 25 and 30 homes before we found the right fit for us.
