Bill has been selling and leasing both residential and commercial real estate for the last 22+ years, serving South Central Ct, and surrounding areas. Born and raised in Milford, he has deep roots here in the community. He is a long time member of the Rotary Club of Milford, which serves the community’s most important needs, including fundraising, and community service projects, as well as international needs. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors, and is their current Sergeant at Arms.

Among many other things, I had to deal with two houses as part of my mother's probate estate. Bill was key in helping me get through what could have easily been an overwhelming situation. From cleanout, to winterization, to listing, showings, inspections, and contact with the probate/closing attorney, Bill worked side by side with me through it all. He had multiple local industry contacts to help with property preparation. In addition, he monitored the properties and stayed in regular contact with me until sale as I had to go home (live out of state). And the sales occurred during the holiday season. He was always available, energetic, hands-on and great to work with, but didn't push. I highly recommend him, especially if it seems like you'll never get from here to there.
