BILL POZERYCKI:
Since becoming a Realtor Bill has enjoyed working with his clients to help them achieve one of life’s most important goals, buying and selling a home.

Bill is a board member of the charity organization, Remembering Maynard’s Own, A charity established to help high school students pay activity fees so no student is deprived the opportunity to participate in after school activities such as sports, band, music, radio station activities, and various after school clubs.

Bill has worked hard to obtain certifications beyond that of the required training by completing courses such as Certified Negotiation Specialist, Relocation and Destination Certified and Ethics training. Bill also sits on the Westford Keller Williams Office Board; Agent Leadership Council and serve as the Tech chair to the office.

Bill brings over 20 years of experience in the high-tech field as a marketing professional to his real estate career. Bill’s previous positions were Senior Product Manager, and Business Development Manager of security software dealing with the fortune 1000 for cutting edge technology. This experience folds nicely into his real estate career as he can understand and utilize the latest technology and marketing strategies to help his clients either buy or sell effectively and efficiently.

LINDA ARPINO:
During Linda’s tenure as a realtor she has aggressively worked with her clients to help them attain their goals of buying and selling their homes. She has acquired many certifications and enhanced her real estate offerings by completing courses such as Certified Negotiation Specialist. Linda is also Relocation and Destination Certified and has helped many families relocate successfully to and from the area. Linda is a respected real estate associate in the community and she will use her past experience and knowledge of the local market to help you find your next home or sell your existing home.”

Linda’s community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Acton Barn Cooperative School , Member of the Harrington PTO and Council of Schools in Chelmsford and member of the Chelmsford Mother’s Club.

Linda brings over fifteen years of experience in financial services as a marketing professional to her real estate career. In her last position as Senior Vice President of a mutual fund sales company, she played an integral part in developing both marketing and internet strategy. As a result, Linda is able to utilize these skills to help market and sell property in both traditional marketing venues as well as online.
