Bill Reis

William A. Reis has joined the Corcoran Group to establish a Commercial Real Estate Division in South Florida.

Reis, an industry veteran with more than 30 years experience, is widely regarded both regionally and nationally for his client service, productivity and principals.

Prior to joining the Corcoran Group he spent 20 years with the Regional Firm of William Pitt Real Estate Commercial in Stamford, CT, and 13 years with Grubb & Ellis, one of the nation's largest publicly traded Commercial Real Estate Service Firms. He was recruited by Grubb & Ellis to initiate and build the Stamford, CT Office, which grew to more than 25 brokers by the time he moved to Florida in 2000.

While at Grubb & Ellis, he was awarded entrance to the exclusive “Circle of Excellence”, the Firm's highest honor. Selection criterion for this award includes not only exceptional productivity, but also superlative skills in long term client services, team-building, recruiting, cross-selling, civic activities, industry related involvement and client referrals. .He was responsible for negotiating more than 15 Million square feet of office space in Fairfield County alone.
