About Bill

Bill conducted multi-Million-dollar industrial turnarounds in Republic of Panama, Costa Rico, Honduras, and Mexico. Also, one for Lykes Brothers in Lake Placid Florida. While in Panama he was elected as President of The American Chamber of Commerce, President, Panama Council of U.S. Navy League, Chairman, Board of Trustees Panama Canal College, and he received gold medal for outstanding leadership and support to Higher Education in Panama and the USA. He was also the President, Private Sector Council for Educational Assistance of Panama. He helped send over 1,200 Panamanian students on scholarships to Universities in the USA.

Bill has several years of experience in Property Management. Bill was the managing partner of a company that won a Million Dollar contract to advise the Government of Panama about how to develop the land at the Entrance to the Panama Canal that Panama received from the USA under the Panama Canal Treaty.

Bill served as the Owner's Representative for the Concorde Hotels and Casinos in Aruba and Margarita. Bill leased an entire 250-unit Apartment complex to the US Army in Panama and managed the complex following Army regulations.

Bill was a court appointed manager for a Grounds Maintenance Company (the Company was Underperforming, and he fixed it) the company had over a one-million-dollar contract for Grounds Maintenance on several US Military bases.

Bill was a consultant to the US Army Installation Management Agency (IMA) at the Pentagon. IMA handles the property administration of all the US Army bases in the USA and throughout the world.

When Bill moved to live in Apollo Beach, he decided to devote his full time to working as a Relator. In Tampa, Bill has managed dozens of properties, keeping both owners and tenants completely satisfied, fulfilling all of their Real Estate needs.

He and Berkshire Hathaway are equipped with the knowledge and technology to ensure they can reach clients' real estate goals within the time frame they desire.
