About Bill

Bill has been the broker/owner of Fore Properties since 2000 and is in the top 1% of all producing Moore County brokers each year. Year in and year out, his company is one of the top ten firms in the County and has frequently been the largest independent, non-franchised firm in the area. His role as broker, mentor and coach is a role that equally applies to his clients.
Bill has been an active investor in Moore County over the years and in 2013 completed the historic renovation of the 1908 Bush Cottage in downtown Southern Pines, a home which now stands as the downtown areas premier single-family home.
