Bill Schohr

Bill has successfully served his clients with honor and integrity for 37 years in Northern California. Bill has served in sales leadership for the largest brokerages in California including Century 21 Select Real Estate, RE/MAX Gold, and eXp Realty of California. Bill has owned his own real estate company that included a property management division, managing as many as 60 properties in Butte County, CA. A student of his profession, Bill completed all the education requirements to take and pass the following real estate-related licenses: California Broker License, California Appraiser License, North Carolina Broker License, Nevada Broker License, and the State of Idaho Real Estate Broker License.
