Bill Ware

A native of the Tidewater area of Virginia, Bill spent 17 years in the real estate business in Virginia Beach, with 14 of those years as head of his own firm. While a student at UVA, Bill had developed a real passion for the place and the people and so finally, over 20 years ago, he moved with his family to Charlottesville. 'For us, it was absolutely the right move.'

As President of High Caliber Construction, Bill brings invaluable knowledge and skills to the table for his real estate clients as, in addition to advice on buying and selling, he can provide perspectives on the costs of renovations and additions.

As Associate Broker with Frank Hardy Sotheby's International Realty, Bill welcomes inquiries from friends, UVA alumni and anyone else who would like to explore the real estate and custom-building possibilities in Charlottesville and the picturesque counties surrounding it (Albemarle County, Fluvanna County, Nelson County, Greene County & Orange County).
