I was initially impressed with the Keller Williams website. Browsing through it I saw Billy's profile and liked what I read. My house had been on the market for over a year with another realty company with little foot traffic. I met with Billy and liked what he had to say and the homework he had done preparing for our meeting. We discussed price and decided to price the house more reasonably than it had been previously. It was given more positive exposure. I was prepared to wait another year before selling it. Three weeks later, I received an offer. and three weeks after that, we were closing the deal. I have to believe that was due largely by Billy's efforts. It was a very positive experience and I would use Billy again if I ever decided to buy property in the area.
