Billy has been one of the Top Agents in the Northwest for the last several years. His 2021 sales were over $21M, and he's shooting for $25M in 2022. Billy is a Luxury Certified Agent, as well as a, Military Relocation Specialist. He also specializes in land development and home building. In fact, he is currently building his 2nd home in Gig Harbor on Lake Sylvia!
He is also helping investors and clients that want to develop land and build SFH and MFH. He is now branching into commercial development. He has put together the “dream team” for land development, consisting of some of the top civil engineers, geo techs, surveyors, permit pushers, real estate attorneys, septic designers, home designers, dirt workers, and contractors.
Billy was born in Burien, raised in Federal Way, attended the University of Oregon, and graduated with a bachelors from Northwest University. He currently lives in Gig Harbor, WA. with his two wonderful boys, Will (20 yrs old) and Gabe (17 yrs old.) His oldest son is currently at a Christian school in the Los Angeles area. His youngest is a senior at Peninsula High School, having a blast as a varsity basketball player.
Billy loves Jesus, his boys, and building things. He built his first business when he was 16 years old (pressure washing.) Since then he has built/started a non-profit, a youth church youth group (co-pastored a group that grew to 300 students), a new church, two houses, and two companies.
For additional fun, Billy loves racquetball, wakeboarding, and warm sunny places!
