Binika Henderson is a real estate mogul, having sold over 229 homes and over 20 million in production. She specializes in property flipping, real estate investing, working with first time and repeat buyers, property and airbnb management. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of personal service to meet the real estate needs of her clients. From residential marketing to investments, she has the ability to focus client’s goals and achieve the results they desire. In addition, she is an educator, trainer, author and speaker. She got her start in sales after graduating college, but wanted to take command over my schedule and generate more income. In 2007, she got her real estate license and started selling properties for a large real estate company. Within a few months she closed her first sale and her excitement and entrepreneurial instincts drove her to launch her own real estate business, however, her dreams were put on pause when the market crashed. She found herself in a great deal of debt.

Binika continued to push forward, and over time, she recovered. She pushed aggressively to close deals and saved enough to purchase her first rental property. With the profit from her rental property and her sales skyrocketing, she started to think about what it would be like to own and operate her own real estate company. In 2013 and only 32 years-old, she founded Heritage Real Estate, a full service real estate and property management company. The firm works with clients to generate 10x’s a return on their investment in 60 days or less–leveraging other people’s money.
