My wife and I loved having Bishal Karki as our realtor primarily because he is a down to earth, relatable agent in many aspects. He was professional but it didn't intimate us like so many professionals do while doing business. The master of real estate agents is Bishal. He is very professional and calm. He always look the house by standing on the client’s shoes. We looked couple of houses before I found my house. During my house searching journey he always assured me that which home is right for me. As a first-time home buyer, I didn’t know anything about the various parts of the house, which he described and educated me at the time of showing. He never hesitated to drive miles and miles multiple times to show houses and even he encouraged me to not to get tired of looking different houses which comes to the market. Despite his time and effort, he makes sure to promptly informed me of any negative aspects or flaws he sees during the showing process, which proves that he never think as one time business but he wants to see a happy client even after purchasing home.

The best thing about him that my wife and I always appreciate is that we never had to worry about the house we were buying because before recommending a house to me, he looks at it as if he were buying it for himself and that house should be perfect matched for me. You could find many realtors but I am very confident that you won’t get this much positive experience from others.

He deserves all the best awards for his hard work and honesty. I am pretty confident I wouldn’t have get this much excellent, seamless and unforgettable experience if I had chose other agents. I didn’t know him for so long however he built the relationship like I knew him from my childhood. At first, I was planning to use the builders agent for my home construction process but upon my research I realize how important it is to have your own agent representing you.
