Bishop Real Estate started out as the agent of the seller but after witnessing firsthand the knowledge, integrity and goodwill of the Bishop family we quickly decided to make them our agents as well. Amazing Selling and Buying Experience!

Working with John, Jason and Travis was the best realtor experience I have ever had.. Especially after I had always been an FSBO kind of guy. They were able to allow me to purchase and live in my current dream home. Then, they sold my previous home in record time (less than 10 days).

They kept in contact with me continuously. John educated me on the home buying and selling process and was very cordial the entire time. He is a man of his word, that is for sure. Integrity is their motto.. They show it in every home buyer and seller they represent.

I enjoyed the entire home buying and home selling process with them as they kept me continuously updated on any issues with the inspection, contracts and questions from the sellers or buyers.. I can't wait to see one of the Bishop family members at the local grocery store and shake their hand. 🙂

Ending up working with Team Bishop for the first time because of a few other unexpected events. Having said that, it truly could not have worked out any better. Team Bishop proved themselves to be prompt, outstanding feedback providers, great communicators, and outstanding specialists in their field.

Above all else, they are great people and make a very stressful time, manageable.

Without hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for solid sales representation. In fact, my highest level of endorsement, I would choose them again if buying or selling my next home.

We loved how both would make a priority of inspecting the house for quality vs the typical realtor walkthrough and always be on top of any question/concern either of us had during the 4 months of the hunt. Travis, John, and Jason have been amazing to work with!! They are very honest, knowledgeable, and truly care about their clients. We were in need of a property that would work for ourselves and our parents. They were willing to show us many properties over many, many months - and were so patient, even when an inspection on a property we made an offer on went horribly wrong and we had to walk away and start from scratch. It was obvious that they were not just working for a commission, they were working to make US happy - and they didn't stop until we were. We have finally found THE home and property that works for us - but they don't stop there. As we are new in the area, they were willing to recommend many different contractors that we were in need of- electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. Every one of the people/companies that they have recommended are wonderful, honest and fair. I feel like we hit the jackpot when we found Bishop Real Estate - THEY ARE THE BEST AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ABSOLUTELY ANYONE.

The Bishop team went above and beyond for our family in every way when searching for a home in Washington. We worked with Jason most of the time. He is professional, reliable, knowledgeable and very transparent. It took us several months of looking to find the right place as it was a bit of a shifting time in the market and inventory was low for our price point. Jason, John & Travis were phenomenal in the process. We were not very familiar with the area as Oregon transplants. We were able to tell them exactly what our needs were and they delivered. Actually, Jason hit it out of the park and we are so happy with our new place!!!! Jason followed up with us a couple times after we moved in just to make sure everything is good. Jason & the Bishop team are the very best. The rest of the family now has a fantastic group to help them find their new home. If I could rate them above 5 stars I most definitely would. Thank you Jason, John & Travis!!!

We were recommended to Bishop Real Estate from a friend of ours, and are so glad it worked out! Travis has been our agent from the get go, and he was such a perfect fit for our family. He was not pushy and/or sales-y, he let us walk around and get a feeling for the house before putting in his input, and when we asked, he was absolutely honest about the home. Between the three of them, their extensive knowledge of the market and what sellers are looking for gave us the upper hand when putting in our offers. Working with John, Jason & Travis Bishop was a FANTASTIC experience in every way possible. John (the father) has oceans of experience representing buyer and sellers and was an exceptional resource as his incredible experience in in the building and real estate industry gave him the eyes to point out issues with homes we would not have otherwise noted. His two sons (Jason & Travis) have learned from the best. They are very hard-working, highly ethical, and listened very well to what we were looking for and then worked hard to negotiate for us! During this challenging sellers market, they bent over backwards to be readily available to show us newly listed homes and gave us great advice for writing successfully accepted offers! You won't find a harder working team to represent you, whether you are selling or buying!!!

Jason was an exceptional realtor with a wealth of knowledge who stuck with us through several months and countless viewings during the pandemic. My family and I had a great experience finding and purchasing our first home with Jason. He was always available to answer our questions (which we had a lot since this was our first home) and we did not feel rushed or pressured into buying a home that wasn't right for us. He was committed to finding us the right house, know matter how long it would take.

One thing that really helped us through this journey of finding the right home was his knowledge about home construction/structure and his openness in letting us know the pros AND cons of each house we toured. He really had our best interest in mind through the entire process.

Once we found the right house, he really went to bat for us to get it. The home we bought was only on the market for a few hours before getting multiple offers on it. It took some back and forth, but with his guidance we ended up with the keys!

I would definitely recommend Jason for your real estate needs.
