Bjorn was introduced to us by a family friend - we went with him on our property listing. From the time that the property was listed - and I will interject here that this was a very unique piece of property and NOT something everyone would ben looking for - to the time it sold was 6 days. Bjorn handled everything, walked us through the process and it made it simple.

We than suggested him to a very der friend of ours and he had her house sold in less than 24 hours.

You are only hurting yourself to not give this guy a try.

Bjorn is determined to help buyers close on their home option, once the buyer finds the house that suits their needs. In this current market, homes are moving quickly and the market is rough for buyers.

Bjorn worked very hard to ensure we were able to close, even working with extremely difficult (borderline predatory) sellers. He reached out and worked professionally with the seller's agent and handled the big issues with calmness and good morals, ensuring a just and proper final outcome.

I have moved a few times in my life and am recommending Bjorn, without hesitation, to anyone looking to move into the areas he serves. He does not have a 'team', so when you call, he answers the phone. He starts work early and works until that days business is concluded.

Bjorn did a terrific job for us; a BIG Thank You goes out to him for getting our family's dream home secured. We are very happy with everything.

After working with more realtors than I can count on both hands, my husband and I finally and fortunately found Bjorn. We had never worked with a realtor more focused on finding us our dream land and felt extremely lucky to have him on our team. His efforts went above and beyond for every task, no matter how small. We bought land in Missouri from out of state and without Bjorn’s help, it could have very easily been a nightmare. But because of him it was a quick, easy, and clean transition. I would also like to commend Bjorn for his “stick-to-it-iveness”. After seriously looking at multiple properties, he didn’t give up on us, but completed the challenge of finding us land. And to top it all off, we feel that we have gained a new friend. We will always highly recommend Bjorn to anyone and everyone looking to move to the area.

Bjorn and Midwest Land Group were able to list and sell a property for a friend of ours within one week of listing it. That property had been listed with a different agency for OVER ONE YEAR prior to the owner requesting Bjorn information to list the property. That turn around gave us the confirmation in choosing Bjorn to help us buy our new home and sell our current home and acreage.
