Blaine Holbrook

Blaine was born and raised in Washington State, he grew up on the Olympic peninsula in the small town of Quilcene. Over the past 10 years, he and his gorgeous wife Devon have lived all over the state, from Ellensburg to Bellingham & everywhere in between. Blaine & Devon planted their family roots in Maple Valley with their son Brody, and two dogs Moose & Kona. When Brody was just about to start pre-school, Devon & Blaine were on the hunt for a community with great schools and affordable homes with a full-size yard for Brody to grow up in. Overall, they couldn't be happier with their move to Maple Valley. It was such a perfect place, that after visiting a few times from California, Devon's parents moved just down the road from them in Covington.

Utilizing Lyon Creek’s philosophy of Mastering the Craft of Local Real Estate, Blaine’s started his real estate journey with the goal of truly educating clients on the entire process, over communicating, and over delivering. With a background of years in the procurement & hospitality industry, he brings leadership experience with a focus on personal relationships and strategic planning when working with his real estate clients.

Never to shy away from a DIY project or finding the right contractor, Blaine loves the entire process of home prep, buying & selling. He will take the hands-on approach with repairs, inspections, cleaning, landscaping, moving, storage, negotiations, marketing, and all the other fun stuff that comes with buying and selling real estate.

Making the move to Lyon Creek Real Estate has always been the plan for Blaine. Once Lyon Creek was established, he couldn’t wait for the opportunity to join the team and help provide his services to the community.
