Blair Cherico

Blair Cherico a native Delawarean, grew up in Wilmington while spending summers in Dewey Beach. He graduated from the Salesianum School in 1992 and subsequently owned and operated a Garden Center in Wilmington with his parents. After selling the business in 2004, Blair moved to Rehoboth and purchased Dewey Beach Surf Shop, immersing himself in the retail skimboarding and surf industries. After years of competitive skimboarding, which culminated in his position as a world-ranked professional, he ultimately decided to sell the surf shop and return to school. He also has a passion for bee-keeping, maintaining numerous bee hives throughout the area. Although, Blair is truly a renaissance man with a variety of interests, he has always been attracted to the business of real estate. The beauty of the Delaware Beaches, the close-knit coastal communities, and his summers spent here on the sandy beaches gave him a deep-rooted passion for these towns and surrounding areas. “I feel an enormous sense of satisfaction when I can assist people in making sound real estate investments for their future,” said Cherico. “As a real estate professional, I channel my energy every day to provide the best possible outcome for my clients.
