Blair is licensed in Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota and Montana, and belongs to Wyoming statewide Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the North Platte Board of Realtors multiple listing service (MLS).

He has been recognized by his peers as Land Realtor of the Year for Wyoming, RLI, Realtor of the Year and Business Man of the Year for the North Platte Valley Board of Realtors. Twice he has been State President of the Wyoming Realtors Land Institute.

Blair is a Wyoming native whose family homesteaded in Wyoming in 1912. He was on the rodeo team at the University of Wyoming, where he got a B.S. in Animal Science. He was recently named to the University of Wyoming Alumni Board. Blair continues to be a gold card member of the Professional Cowboy Rodeo Association, and is now Co-chair of the National Circuit for Steer Roping.
