Hi, I’m Blake! As the brother in this brother/sister duo, I am the “heavy lifter” of the team.

I take pride in the fact that I am willing to work harder than most. There is not a task, big or small, that I am willing to leave unfinished. With my sense of urgency, attention to detail, and willingness to please, my clients can expect that I will get them from start to finish without any stone unturned.

When I'm not under a house with an inspector, hanging string lights at a listing or up late proofreading contracts, you can find me at one of our local restaurants enjoying the patio with friends. I am a proud uncle and family means everything to me: helping you and your family thrive in your homeownership endeavors is one of my biggest joys!
