Blake is an amazing realtor! He is personable, professional, smart, and attentive. His skills and knowledge base in the realty world far surpasses other folks I have worked with in the past. He takes his time with getting to know your wants and needs and is quickly the hunt after that! Blake never skipped a beat getting us into houses that same day or the next. Sometimes devoting whole days to trucking us around to look at my long list of homes. His positive attitude is a fresh breath of air! He is always going to great you with the best smile.
When it came time that we found "The One" he was ontop of every detail and made sure communication was going both ways. He really stuck to his guns for us and in the end we got our home under asking, with 25k equity, and 2k at the closing table in our favor! To say he can pull miracles is an understatement.
