About Bob

Bob has been a Realtor since 1989 and an annual top producer since 1992. He has been a member of the Andron Epiphanon Fraternity every year since 1992. His career began with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Realty in 1993 where he has been one of the top agents in the company annually, achieving the top awards for Chairman's Circle, President's Circle, Leading Edge Society, Circle of Achievement and Winner's Circle.

Bob is highly involved in new construction development and has been the site coordinator at numerous new construction sites in the South Hills, West Hills and the South Side regions of Pittsburgh. He has an extensive background in commercial / investment property and has been involved in numerous rehabilitation projects.

Bob was hired in June 2010 as the Director of Sales in the Mt Lebanon office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Realty and provides coaching, recruiting, support and additional duties. Bob's career has included over $175 Million in sales of residential and commercial real estate throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region. Bob has represented buyers and seller clients from North Strabane to Cranberry, from Monessen to Hopewell, and has extensive knowledge of the South Hills markets of Mt Lebanon, Dormont Borough, Upper St Clair, South Fayette, Bethel Park and Collier Township.
